Pre School Yoga
Pre school yoga is aimed at 2. To 5 years old. It is Yoga Mindfulness, and Relaxation It is a way to exercise our bodies our breath and our minds all at the same time we use popular stories such as the grufflo. The hungry caterpillar, the children learn while acting out the story with different poses, stretches and songs. Interactive adventures which build balance and confidence.
